Fan motor maintenance
The first step is to measure the operation and speed regulating winding of the electric fan. First, turn the electric fan timer for a while. When you hear a click, it means that the timer is normal. If there is no click, the timer is damaged. If there is no resistance value, it may be motor winding burnout and open circuit. For the motor with a series of thermal fuses, it may be the open circuit of the thermal fuse, and the motor shall be disassembled for a look. If it is only the open circuit, the short circuit of the thermal fuse can return to normal. All gear switches are damaged, but it is unlikely. The second step is to check whether the shaft is locked, dismantle the fan shield, and rotate the motor shaft by hand. If it does not rotate, it means that the motor shaft is locked seriously. To disassemble the motor, first remove the oil stain and rust on the front and rear axle sleeves and motor shafts, then add enough sewing oil on the felt of the front and rear axle sleeves, and most of the electric fans can be eliminated.
